At Elegantcategory, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our handcrafted luxury lighting. Each lamp undergoes rigorous inspection before leaving our workshop. We are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please carefully inspect your lamp immediately upon delivery. Our pieces are shipped with premium packaging and full insurance. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Return Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our luxury lighting, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The lamp arrives damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects are present upon delivery
  • The item received differs significantly from the description
  • Electrical components fail within the warranty period

Custom-designed and signature collection pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging with all components and documentation included.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Replacement items will be crafted and shipped with priority handling.

Lifetime Warranty

All Elegantcategory lamps include a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and materials. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. LED components are warranted for their rated lifespan.

Warranty service includes repair or replacement at our discretion. Contact us for warranty claims with proof of purchase and description of the issue.

Shipping Costs

For damaged or defective items, Elegantcategory covers all return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking for all returns.
